Arriba Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Perth, WA to support injured workers with safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Office-based with hybrid options, the role offers incentives, PD support, and a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology.
• Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA.
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver's Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Employment type: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working
Salary: Based on experience + superannuation
