Job summary

Rehab Management (Arriba Group) in Albury, NSW is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers on their return-to-work journey. The role offers permanent, full-time employment with hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, and a hybrid work arrangement with WFH and onsite visits.

Qualifications

• Degree in OT, EP, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, RN, Psychology, Rehab Counselling or Social Work.
• Registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/AASW is required.
• Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers on their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Coordinate with health professionals, employers and insurers.
• Prepare clinical assessments and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and health professionals about timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention and wellbeing.

Help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Albury, Regional NSW.

Employment type: Permanent, full time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm

Skills & experience

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Registered Nursing OR Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work.
• Hold registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
