Zusammenfassung

Financial Education Professionals (FEP) is seeking a Regulatory Content Lead to own regulatory education content across courses, CPD modules and learning resources, ensuring accuracy and currency. You will monitor ASIC, APRA, AUSTRAC developments, translate legislation into practical actions for practitioners, and co-author education content while coordinating updates with learning designers.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years in Australian financial services in a compliance/regulatory/technical advisory role.
• Deep knowledge of relevant acts and ASIC regulatory guides.
• Ability to translate legislation into clear, practical content.
• Proven editing and writing experience for newsletters or training content.

Aufgaben

• Monitor developments from ASIC, APRA, AUSTRAC, Treasury, AFCA and industry bodies across advice, credit, insurance, superannuation and AML/CTF.
• Research and write the weekly regulatory wrap for practitioners and licensees.
• Review courses, CPD modules and assessments for technical accuracy and alignment with legislation and RG guides.
• Create and co-author education content, including modules, case studies and assessments.
• Maintain a regulatory change register and coordinate updates with Learning design teams.
• Shape content strategy and development pipeline driven by regulatory change and market developments.
• Partner with Marketing, Corporate Solutions and Sales to ensure consistent messaging.
