Qualifications

• Essential law degree with strong legal research skills.
• Ability to translate complex legislation into practical guidance.
• Experience communicating with clients and regulators.
• Interest in Property, Construction, Infrastructure & Environment or regulatory fields.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve a portfolio of regulatory content within Property, Construction, Infrastructure & Environment.
• Translate complex legislation into clear, practical guidance for customers.
• Monitor legislative change, regulatory developments, and industry trends.
• Engage with customers, regulators, and subject matter experts to shape content.
• Lead content projects from concept through to delivery.
• Support product, sales, and marketing teams with content expertise.
• Represent the business at events, webinars, and industry forums.
