Financial Education Professionals is seeking a Regulatory Content Lead to own and keep current all regulatory content, CPD modules and learning resources for the Australian financial services sector. The role involves translating regulatory change into practical guidance for advisers, brokers and licensees across Australia.

You will monitor ASIC/APRA/ASIC guides, write the weekly regulatory wrap, and coordinate content updates with the Digital Learning team.

Competenze

• At least two years' experience in Australian financial services in a compliance, regulatory, legal or technical advisory role.
• Deep working knowledge of the Corporations Act 2001, National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, AML/CTF Act 2006 and ASIC guides.
• Proven ability to translate complex legislation into clear, practical content.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with newsletters, articles or training materials.
• RG 146 qualifications or experience as adviser, credit representative or compliance manager is highly regarded.

Mansioni

• Monitor developments from ASIC, APRA, AUSTRAC, Treasury and industry bodies across advice, credit, insurance, superannuation and AML/CTF.
• Research and write weekly regulatory wrap translating changes into practical actions.
• Review courses, CPD modules and assessments for accuracy and alignment with legislation and RG guides.
• Create and co-author education content including modules, scenarios and assessments.
• Maintain a regulatory change register and coordinate updates with Digital Learning team.
• Shape content strategy and development pipeline driven by regulatory change and market trends.
• Partner with Marketing, Corporate Solutions and Sales to ensure consistent regulatory messaging.

Formazione

Degree in Law, Commerce or Finance
