People First Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Leader, Regulatory Strategy to shape the bank's regulatory approach for a 12-month fixed term. You will lead the Regulatory Strategy team, guide major initiatives, and collaborate with regulators such as APRA to embed compliant practices across the organisation.

You bring 10+ years in regulatory risk within financial services, expert knowledge of Australian legislation, and proven leadership in strategic programs.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in compliance, regulatory risk or related functions within financial services.
• Expert knowledge of Australian financial services legislation and regulatory expectations.
• Proven track record leading regulatory change and complex programs.
