Zusammenfassung

Cuscal is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join the Group Risk & Compliance team in Australia. You’ll oversee regulatory obligation management, compliance assurance, regulatory change and product compliance across the business.

You will maintain compliance registers, develop policies, perform reviews, monitor changes, and provide guidance to stakeholders on APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, OAIC and DIA requirements. A strong autonomous, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive compliance or regulatory experience within the Australian financial services or payment services industry.
• Strong understanding of compliance management principles, structures and processes.
• Ability to translate complex obligations into practical guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across the organisation.

Aufgaben

• Oversee regulatory obligations management and compliance assurance.
• Maintain compliance registers, monitoring plans, training plans and consolidated compliance reporting.
• Develop and review compliance policies, standards and guidance.
• Perform compliance reviews and control assurance activities to assess adherence to key regulatory obligations.
• Proactively monitor emerging regulatory and legislative change, assess impacts and recommend actions.
• Provide stakeholders with updates on regulatory developments across APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, OAIC and DIA requirements.
• Support regulatory certifications, reporting and engagement.
• Oversee the risk and compliance training calendar and contribute to training programs.
• Support audit activities and responses to external information requests.
• Provide regular compliance reporting and analysis to management.
