Job summary

Cuscal is seeking a Senior Group Corporate Counsel, Payments to partner with stakeholders and provide trusted legal and regulatory advice. You will help shape commercial outcomes by drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of agreements.

In this in-house role, you will manage complex legal matters, oversee external legal budgets, and ensure compliance with financial services laws and regulations while supporting growth in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on financial services regulation and compliance.
• In-house or financial services experience in contracts.
• ASX-listed company experience preferred; AML/CTF knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of legal issues with the business.
• Provide expert legal advice to Cuscal's business units and subsidiaries.
• Liaise with external legal providers and manage resources.
