Job summary

ING Australia is seeking a Campaign & Regulatory Communications Analyst to ensure accurate, compliant customer communications across email, SMS, mobile, and direct channels. You will manage end-to-end regulatory journeys (KYC/TDCDD) and leverage data to optimise customer outcomes while partnering with Risk, Compliance, Product and Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer communications, campaign delivery, or regulatory/KYC environments.
• Exceptional SQL capability and hands-on experience building campaigns in Unica (essential).
• Analytical mindset with ability to validate data and translate complexity into clear outcomes.
• High attention to detail with risk awareness and governance experience.
• Effective stakeholder management and proactive automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and optimise customer communications across channels with regulatory focus.
• Manage end-to-end KYC, TDCDD, remediation and other regulatory journeys.
• Use data and insights to improve communication effectiveness and outcomes.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Product and Operations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes and delivery frameworks.
