Job summary

ING Australia seeks a Campaign & Regulatory Communications Analyst in Sydney to manage customer communications across email, SMS, mobile, digital and direct mail channels with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will own end-to-end KYC/TDCDD remediation journeys, use data to improve effectiveness, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product and Operations to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer communications, campaign delivery, marketing automation, or regulatory/KYC environments.
• Analytical mindset with ability to validate data and translate complexity into clear outcomes.
• High attention to detail and risk awareness within governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and optimise customer communications across email, SMS, mobile, digital and direct mail channels with regulatory focus.
• Manage end-to-end KYC, TDCDD, remediation and other regulatory journeys with accuracy and timeliness.
• Use data and insights to improve communication effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Product and Operations to ensure regulatory requirements and controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve communication processes and delivery frameworks.
