Job summary

Advantaged Care Group in Sydney's aged care network is seeking registered nurses to join our dedicated team across five residences. Roles available on permanent part-time and casual contracts.

You will perform clinical assessments, care planning, medication administration, and uphold Aged Care Quality Standards while delivering compassionate, person-centred care with leadership support from directors and coordinators.

Qualifications

• RN with AHPRA registration.
• 1-2 years RN experience in aged care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate individualized care plans, and evaluate resident outcomes.

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for Permanent Part-Time & Casual roles across:

As a Registered Nurse, you will lead and deliver holistic care tailored to each resident's individual needs. You will manage clinical assessments, care planning, and evaluation while maintaining a safe, calm, and welcoming environment.

In this role, you will be fully supported by an experienced leadership team, including our Director of Care, Clinical Care Coordinators, and Facility Managers.

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience: 1-2 years of RN experience in aged care is preferred (though passionate nurses with transferable clinical skills are encouraged to apply).
• Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation abilities.

• Valid National Police Check.
