Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead high-quality, person-centred care in our brand-new 180-bed home opening November 2026.

Permanent part-time and casual roles available. You will mentor Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants while upholding residents' dignity, culture and goals in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA RN registration (Essential).
• Recent National Police Check (within 12 months).
• Aged care experience (desirable).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning.

You’ll mentor and guide Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants to consistently deliver care that upholds dignity, respect, and individualised support.
