Job summary

Tamworth Community Aged Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as an RN supervisor, guiding a dedicated team of ENs and PCAs in delivering care built on collaboration, accountability, respect and empathy.

You will lead clinical care, champion continuous improvement, and ensure safety and quality across resident care while working in a supportive not-for-profit environment with a strong values base.

Qualifications

• Empathy and genuine care are essential for nursing leadership.
• Clear communication, collaboration, and strong clinical judgment are required.
• Leadership and teamwork with ENs and PCAs to deliver holistic care.
• AHPRA registration and a current National Police Check are mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years in Australian aged care is expected.
