Job summary

Advantaged Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for permanent part-time and casual roles across multiple Sydney locations. You will lead and deliver holistic care, conduct clinical assessments, care planning, and evaluation while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, including Directors of Care, Clinical Coordinators, and Facility Managers, and contribute to high standard aged care services.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse.
• 1–2 years RN aged care experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong documentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee clinical care delivery, medication administration, and complex care needs.
• Promote resident autonomy, dignity, and independence.
• Lead and mentor care staff in alignment with Quality Standards.

As a Registered Nurse, you will lead and deliver holistic care tailored to each resident's individual needs. You will manage clinical assessments, care planning, and evaluation while maintaining a safe, calm, and welcoming environment.

In this role, you will be fully supported by an experienced leadership team, including our Director of Care, Clinical Care Coordinators, and Facility Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate individualized care plans, and evaluate resident outcomes.
• Oversee clinical care delivery, medication administration, and complex care needs in alignment with professional standards.
• Promote resident autonomy, dignity, and independence.
• Lead and mentor care staff while upholding the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and health records.

What We Are Looking For

• Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience: 1–2 years of RN experience in aged care is preferred (though passionate nurses with transferable clinical skills are encouraged to apply).
• Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation abilities.

• Valid National Police Check.
