Newcastle Anglican is seeking Registered Nurses to join our aged care service at Mirrabooka Place, Gloucester NSW. You will act as a ward-level team leader and mentor, coordinating person-centred care with a focus on collaboration and communication.

The Opportunity:
We have permanent opportunities for a number of Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Mirrabooka Place - Gloucester NSW.
You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
We can offer a supported relocation package + incentive payments at 6 months and 12 months to the successful candidate.

Week 1;
