Job summary

Newcastle Anglican is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Gloucester NSW aged care facility. The role involves acting as a ward-level team leader and mentor, coordinating person-centred care and maintaining open communication with staff to promote collaboration.

You will work across morning, afternoon and night shifts on a fortnightly roster, in a faith-based environment with strong values. The position offers an attractive base hourly rate, penalties and allowances, plus career development

Qualifications

Job description

We have permanent fulltime opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Mirrabooka Place - Gloucester NSW.

You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.

Working on a fortnightly roster, the Registered Nurse is required to work a range of morning, afternoon and night shifts in the facility.
