Job summary
Tenterfield Care Centre, part of the Apollo Care Alliance, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high-quality clinical care across our Millrace and Haddington aged care homes on casual weekday and weekend shifts.
You will report to the Manager and oversee overnight care, respond to changes in resident conditions, manage medications, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Must hold AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care.
- Eligible to work in Australia; sponsorship is not provided.
Responsibilities
- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives.
- Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans.
- Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers.
- Clinical care including wound management, palliative care, and medication management.
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff.
- Provision of safe, high‑quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach.
