Job summary

PresCare Alexandra Gardens in Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high-quality clinical care during weekday night shifts in a 93-bed aged care home. You will oversee overnight clinical needs, manage medications and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.

This full-time role requires AHPRA registration, 2+ years of RN experience in aged care, strong communication, and a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector
• NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
• Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
• Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
• Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff

The Role

As a Registered Nurse atPresCareAlexandra Gardens, you will deliver safe, high-quality clinical care during weekday night shifts in our 93-bed residential aged care home. Reporting to the Manager,you’lloversee overnight clinical requirements, respond to changes in residentconditions, manage medications, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care. This Full-Timerole is ideal for aRegisteredNurse,confident managing AM, PM and overnight care in a larger setting.
