Job summary

Tenterfield Care Centre in NSW is seeking a Part-Time Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about a person-centered approach to care to join our residential aged care team. You will report to the RN, coordinate care for an allocated home area, and support care plans to ensure high-quality, compassionate outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory.
• One year of experience as an enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (new entrants will be considered).
• NDIS Worker Checks (or willingness to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the RN, you will lead the care team.
• Coordinate care in an allocated section of home and ensure care plan compliance during the shift.
• Advising and allocating care staff.
• Recognition and escalation of deteriorating residents.
• Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Promote a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach.
• Providing ADL care to residents.
• Maintain documentation as per organisational standards.
