Job summary

Apollo Care in Tenterfield, NSW is seeking a Part-Time Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about person-centered care to join our residential aged care team. You will support the RN, coordinate care, and contribute to a compassionate, high-standard care environment.

The role requires current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse registration, strong communication, and a commitment to resident wellbeing. Shift flexibility is available, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (mandatory).
• One year of enrolled nurse experience in residential aged care is desirable (new entrants considered).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain).
• Passion for delivering person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the care team under the RN.
• Coordinate care in an allocated home area and ensure care plan compliance.
• Advise and allocate care staff.
• Recognise and escalate deteriorating residents.
• Provide safe, high-quality care per Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Promote a positive resident experience with a resident-first approach.
• Provide ADL care to residents.
• Maintain documentation per organisational standards.
