Job summary

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered nurse with current registration.
• Experience as a Team Leader in the disability sector.
• Qualification in disability/community services or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, mentoring and supporting staff to identify and respond to behaviours that increase risk.
• Coordinating supports for clients with complex needs.
• Maintaining and auditing client records for compliance purposes.
• Managing crises and following up on incident reports.
• Assessing staff performance on an ongoing basis.
• Providing participant updates at care team meetings.
