Job summary

Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT – Sutherland NSW is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to provide nursing care across AM, PM and Night shifts. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop individual care plans, and participate in care plan evaluations to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Qualified registered nurse with current practicing certificate (AHPRA in Australia).
• Ability to assess, plan and monitor nursing care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Develop personal care plans to meet individual needs and monitor changes.
• Participate in quarterly care plan evaluations as needed.
• Ensure documentation for quality care is maintained per SCC policies and procedures.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of all ACFI claims.

Casual | Registered Nurse | Sutherland

Our Sutherland facility is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to work across AM. PM and Night shifts.

What You’ll Do:

Carry out initial and ongoing assessment, planning, and management of nursing care for residents

Develop personal care plans to ensure residents’ individual needs are identified and met, and monitor any changes in care plans

Participate in quarterly care plan evaluations, or more frequently as needed

Ensure all documentation required for quality care is prepared, maintained, monitored, evaluated, and up to date in accordance with SCC policies and procedures

Ensure completion and accuracy of all ACFI claims
