Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Concord Repatriation General Hospital. You will provide patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified health outcomes.

You must hold current nursing registration with AHPRA, be able to work a 7-day rotating roster (including mornings, afternoons and nights), and have full working rights in Australia.

Qualifikationen

• Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking
• Has full availability to work a 7 day rotating roster (am, pm and nights)
• Acute care experience preferred
• All candidates must have full working rights within Australia

About The Role

You will be based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, which has provided outstanding healthcare for more than 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the veteran community, the hospital now delivers a broad range of specialist and general health services to the communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and surrounding areas.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
