Sydney Local Health District's Canterbury Hospital in Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Permanent positions are available as Full Time or Part Time (minimum 24 hours per week). Remuneration is $41.22 - $57.88 per hour + Superannuation, with benefits and professional development

About The Role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
