Job summary

Ozcare Hervey Bay Aged Care Facility is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to support our clients and uphold compassionate, high-quality care. You will join a welcoming team in a beautiful facility and help coordinate client needs and ensure safe, person-centred care.

Duties include coordinating care with assessments and Care Plans, assisting with AN-ACC documentation, and supervising Care Assistants. You will liaise with clients, families and multidisciplinary team to achieve positive

• Current AHPRA registration to practise as an RN.
• Influenza vaccination and Covid-19 vaccination as required.
• Current CPR certificate and sound clinical knowledge.
• Willingness to work a varied roster including night and weekend shifts.
• Good computer and mobile device skills.

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse you will be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Co-ordination of client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised Care Plan
• Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments
• Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants
• Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes

Role Requirements
