Ozcare in the Gladstone region is seeking a casual Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across all age groups in the community, including complex wound care, palliative care and chronic disease management.
You will assess needs, implement care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, document outcomes and liaise with families and a multidisciplinary team to support client wellbeing.
