Sydney Local Health District is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The role provides patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified health outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold an AHPRA nursing registration, have acute setting experience, and be able to work a rotating 7-day roster including night shifts and public holidays. NSW Health vaccination requirements apply.

About The Role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has…

• A current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• An understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
• Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute setting.
• An ability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, night duty, public holidays and participation in an on-call roster.
