Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT - Penrith Thornton Park is seeking a Registered Nurse (Division 1) for a permanent part-time role (75h/fortnight). You will assess and plan resident care, develop care plans, and contribute to quarterly reviews within a collaborative team in Penrith.

Requirements include current AHPRA registration, 1 year aged care RN experience, and commitment to high-quality, person-centred care, with full working rights in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Maintain accurate documentation in line with policies and standards.
• Ensure accurate ACFI submissions and claims.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care

Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needs

Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards

Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims

Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration

Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in an Aged Care setting

Strong commitment to high-quality, person-centred care

Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation

Full availability to work required shifts

Working knowledge of AN-ACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
