Job summary

Estia Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide compassionate care across our aged care homes in New South Wales. You will lead clinical teams, coordinate assessments, and ensure high-quality documentation to support resident wellbeing.

You will hold current AHPRA registration, a nursing degree, and demonstrate strong leadership and governance in clinical care, safety, and quality improvement. This role is based on-site with Estia Health's supportive environment.

• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
