Job summary

Estia Health NSW is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care for residents during the night shift. You will monitor medical needs, contribute to care plans and support a multidisciplinary team.

You will hold a nursing degree and current AHPRA registration, lead by example, ensure high safety standards and accurate clinical documentation. This role offers meaningful community impact and opportunities for professional growth.

Position Details

• Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 2200 to 0730 = 54 hours per fortnight

On a Typical Day, You'll

• See to our residents' medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You'll Also Have

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
