Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated nurse to support residents across our aged care homes. You will provide nursing care, document clinical information, and lead a team to deliver compassionate, high-quality services.

You will hold an nursing degree with current AHPRA registration and bring strong leadership, documentation skills, and knowledge of AN-ACC to improve resident outcomes. Join us in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience leading clinical care teams.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care best practices.
