Job summary

Estia Health is seeking an experienced nurse to support residents' medical needs and lead a clinical team. You will compile clinical documentation and uphold high standards of care across shifts, while promoting staff development and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration and bring AN-ACC knowledge to ensure compliant, compassionate aged-care services.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration required.
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical care.

Responsibilities

• See residents' medical needs and provide clinical oversight.
• Compile and maintain clear clinical documentation.
• Lead and support nursing staff to promote high standards of care.
• Act as health and safety role model within the team.
• Ensure care meets regulatory and quality standards.

About the Role

Fortnightly Roster

7 x night shifts + 2 x afternoons per fortnight

On a typical day, you'll:

• See to our residents' medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You'll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
