Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join our aged care team. You will deliver person-centred care, contribute to clinical governance and lead others with compassion.

Fortnightly rosters include 7 night shifts and 2 afternoon shifts, with a focus on safe, high-quality care and strong documentation. You’ll support residents and families while upholding our standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
• Leadership experience in clinical care.

Fortnightly Roster

7 x night shifts + 2 x afternoons per fortnight

On a typical day, you’ll:

• See to our residents’ medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
