Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team and support the care of residents across our homes. You will lead clinical staff, ensure comprehensive documentation, and uphold high standards of care and safety.

You will be responsible for assessing residents, coordinating care plans, and maintaining strict adherence to AN-ACC protocols while fostering a compassionate, resident-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in clinical care.
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
• Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.

Fortnightly Roster

7 x night shifts + 2 x afternoons per fortnight

On a typical day, you’ll

• See to our residents’ medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You’ll also have

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
