Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for a sea-change opportunity in our brand-new facility opening November 2026. This permanent part-time and casual role focuses on delivering person-centred care with leadership responsibilities across a growing team.

You'll mentor Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants, drive clinical excellence, and build strong relationships with residents and families, while contributing to a respectful, inclusive care environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration is essential.
• Recent National Police Check within 12 months is required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and sound decision-making.
• Strong communication and leadership capability.
