Job summary

South Grafton Community Aged Care in NSW seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to guide and support ENs and PCAs, delivering care built on collaboration, accountability, respect and empathy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Australian aged care sector.
• AHPRA registration is essential.
• Empathy, communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to guide ENs and PCAs and work collaboratively.
• Strong time management and clinical judgment.
• National Police Check is required.
