Job summary

Uniting AgeWell Limited is seeking a Part time Registered Nurse for the Andrew Kerr Care Mornington Unit to deliver person-centred care within a supportive team. You will assess and update individual care plans, mentor staff, and participate in care planning, audits and admissions, contributing to high-quality, values-based aged care.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1.
• Experienced as a registered nurse in residential aged care/home care (preferred).
• Strong attention to quality and clinical standards.
• Experience with care planning and auditing processes.
• Ability to mentor and support care staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Committed to the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Conduct clinical audits to ensure compliance with policies and best practices.
