Job summary

Australian Unity Limited seeks a Registered Nurse for St Patricks Green in Kogarah. The role leads a clinical team to deliver safe, person-centred care within a supportive governance framework.

You will partner with the General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, supporting Better Together initiatives and occupancy targets in a 104-bed aged care setting. RN with current AHPRA is essential, with knowledge of AN-ACC/NQIP/ACQSC highly valued.

Qualifications

• RN with current AHPRA registration.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC, NQIP and ACQSC.
• Residential aged care leadership experience with strong communication and coaching capabilities.
• Desirable: 2+ years in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing clinical and care team.
• Ensure safe, person-centred, compliant care every day.
• Support clinical governance, documentation, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk and quality.
• Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services).
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources.

About the Home
St Patricks Green Aged Care is a welcoming 104‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role
As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
