Australian Unity’s Walmsley Aged Care in Kilsyth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical quality, culture and resident wellbeing. This part‑time role supports a 120‑bed community with a focus on safe, person‑centred care and multidisciplinary collaboration across the team.

You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, manage budgets and contribute to occupancy outcomes while aligning services to resident preferences.

Qualifications

RN with current AHPRA registration.
Knowledge of AN-ACC, NQIP, ACQSC.
Residential aged care leadership experience.
Strong communication and coaching capability.
Desirable: 2+ years in aged care.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team.
Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day.
Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services).

About the Home

Walmsley Aged Care is a welcoming 120‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role

As Registered Nurse, you'll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams.
