Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse for St Patricks Green, a 104‑bed aged care community in Kogarah, NSW. You will lead a skilled clinical team and partner with a General Manager to deliver person‑centred care backed by Australian Unity’s legacy.

You will ensure safe governance, support documentation and quality initiatives while aligning services to resident preferences and managing resources.

Qualifications

• RN with current AHPRA registration.
• Residential Aged Care leadership experience.
• Strong communication and coaching capability.
• Desirable: Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Aged Care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team.
• Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day.
• Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN‑ACC, NQIP, risk & quality.
• Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services).

About the Home

St Patricks Green Aged Care is a welcoming104‑bedresidential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role

As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy.
