Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time role in our 61-bed Grafton aged care home. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, supervise Personal Care Workers, and help develop and review personalised care plans for residents.

The role involves analysing assessment results to determine care needs, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration is required.
• Strong clinical skills and passion for elderly care.
• Ability to supervise Personal Care Workers and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.

• Permanent part-time role working four shifts a fortnight with the potential to pick up more

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for providing care to the elderly
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Current working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
