Australian Unity Limited, located at The Alba in South Melbourne, seeks a Registered Nurse to lead clinical quality, culture and resident wellbeing within an 89-bed residential community.

You will partner with the General Manager and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, person-centred care and oversee governance processes while supporting flexibility with casual shifts.

Competenze

• RN with current AHPRA registration.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC, NQIP, ACQSC.
• Residential aged care leadership experience.
• Strong communication and coaching capability.
• Desirable: minimum 2+ years in aged care.

About the Home

The Alba is a welcoming 89‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role

As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
