Job summary

Australian Unity Limited seeks a Registered Nurse for Rathdowne Place in Carlton, a 162-bed aged care community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support. The role is casual, covering morning, afternoon or night shifts on a 7-day roster.

You will lead a clinical team, ensure safe, person-centred care, and support governance and quality initiatives such as AN-ACC, NQIP and ACQSC, collaborating with the General Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• RN with current AHPRA registration.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC, NQIP, ACQSC.
• Residential aged care leadership experience.
• Strong communication and coaching capability.
• Desirable: Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk & quality

About the Home

Rathdowne Place is a welcoming162‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role

As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy.
