Job summary

Sharp & Carter is recruiting experienced registered nurses to join a growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to clients in their own homes, working autonomously and collaboratively to manage a varied caseload.

The ideal candidate will hold current AHPRA registration, have at least 12 months acute nursing experience, and demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills. A driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex nursing care in the community.
• Administer IV, IM, SC and oral medications.
• Manage PICC lines, Infusaports and cannulation.
• Complete complex wound care and NPWT management.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate clients and families while maintaining documentation.
