Job summary

Closer Care Nursing seeks Registered Nurses to deliver in-home community care to older clients across NSW. You will work independently in clients' homes, making sound clinical decisions to provide quality nursing care.

Responsibilities include wound care (including complex wounds), catheter care, continence management and precise clinical documentation. You will liaise with care managers and GPs to recognise and escalate deterioration.

Qualifications

• Current Ahpra RN registration with no conditions.
• 2+ years post-registration minimum.
• Full driver's licence and own reliable, insured car.
• National Police Certificate within 3 years or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current CPR.
• Community, home care or aged care experience preferred.
