About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a growing Community Nursing team in North Sydney, NSW.

Working autonomously and collaboratively, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to clients receiving support within their homes while managing a varied and rewarding caseload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex nursing care in the community
• Administer IV, IM, SC and oral medication
• Complete complex wound care and NPWT management
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans
• Educate clients and families while maintaining accurate documentation

Ideal Candidate

• AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist
• Passion for community health, HCP, NDIS, Support at Home, aged care or rehabilitation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to a broader team
• Driver's licence and willingness to undertake community visits
• Experience in NDIS, Homecare, Aged care highly regarded
