Job summary

Norwest Private Hospital, part of Healthscope, seeks an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based care in a fast-paced ED. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, while mentoring ENs and AINs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, postgraduate Emergency Nursing qualifications, and a commitment to patient-centred care within a supportive Healthscope

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Understanding of ACQSHC National Standards.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain.
• Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care Nursing.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will:
