Carehero in Melbourne seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality community-based complex care. You will provide clinical oversight and hands-on care for clients living with complex health needs, including ventilator and tracheostomy support.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, families and support workers to ensure safe, compassionate care. The role offers diverse shifts, ongoing training and professional development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience with individuals with complex care needs.
• Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies.
• Strong manual handling skills with clinical care experience.
• Experience providing personal care and clinical support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Australian Driver's Licence is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional, person-centred approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care and oversight to clients with complex health needs.
• Collaborate with support workers, families and the care team to ensure safe, person-centred care.
• Deliver ventilation and tracheostomy-related care and oversee clinical supports.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical training and multidisciplinary collaboration.
