Job summary

Vitalis Healthcare at Home is hiring Registered Nurses to join their Complex Care Team in the Sydney area. You will deliver hospital-level clinical care in patients’ homes, working one-on-one with clients and coordinating care alongside a dedicated supervisory team.

The role requires active AHPRA registration, NDIS and Working with Children checks, CPR cert, and a valid driver’s licence with vehicle. Flexible rosters and 24/7 support are provided to ensure continuity of care for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration (for ENs and RNs)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Current CPR Certificate
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable own vehicle is essential (travel around Sydney metro)
• Right to work in Australia (student visa holders not eligible)
• Availability to work a 24/7 flexible rotating roster
• Experience with tracheostomy management, PEG/Enteral feeding, bowel care, complex medication administration and manual handling
• Experience in tracheostomy management and working with ventilated patients

Responsibilities
