Job summary

Vitalis Healthcare at Home is redefining care by delivering hospital-level complex care in patients' homes in the Sydney region. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Complex Care Team on a full-time or part-time basis, providing one-to-one clinical care in patients' homes.

Ideal candidates will hold AHPRA registration, NDIS screening, WWCC, CPR, and a valid driver's license with own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration (RN/EN) is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• Current CPR Certificate is required.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle is essential (travel within Sydney metro).
• Right to work in Australia (student visas excluded).
• Availability to work a 24/7 flexible rotating roster.
• Experience with tracheostomy, PEG/Enteral feeding, bowel care, complex meds and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-level clinical care to patients in their homes on a one-to-one basis.
• Deliver high-quality care and coordinate with families and the broader care team.

Your New Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, providing exceptional clinical care in the comfort of patients' homes on a full time or part time basis. Work one on one with patients in their homes and deliver high quality hospital level care to clients across Sydney.

What We're Looking For

• Current AHPRA Registration (for ENs and RNs)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Current CPR Certificate
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable own vehicle is essential (travel around the Sydney metro region is part of the role)
• Right to work in Australia (student visa holders not eligible to apply)
• Availability to work a 24/7 flexible rotating roster
• Experience with tracheostomy management, PEG/Enteral feeding, bowel care, complex medication administration and manual handling.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in tracheostomy management and working with ventilated patients.
